Shipment, Returns, Cancellation and refund policy

Customer POLICY NOTE for Online sales from www.sochebikes.com (For order of Bike & Bike + Accessories)

1. RETURN POLICY: 7 DAYS FREE RETURN ON MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, DAMAGE IN TRANSIT & WRONG/DIFFERENT ITEM DELIVERED

OPQ Bikes undertakes clear checklist on every bicycle once the same has been fully fitted to ensure that there are no damages/defects to the bicycle prior to shipping the same to you.

  • In case of any manufacturing defect that is noticed upon delivery of the bicycle/product, the same shall have to be raised with Soche Bikes within Return/Warranty period via e-mail /Call and Soche Bikes shall extend all reasonable assistance in this regard.

  • In case of any damage during transit, you shall intimate us immediately upon unboxing /Delivery the bicycle/product or within 24 Hours, and provide pictorial evidence of the damage to the same. The bicycle/product shall be in an unused condition at the time of intimating us regarding such damage. Upon receipt of your complaint, Soche Bikes shall forward the same to the transit partner and seek a resolution for the issue.

  • If the bike components are not working properly, then the costumer shall get the bike checked at the respective dealer’s store. Soche Bikes shall extend all reasonable assistance in this regard. If there is any manufacturing defect in the component, then action will be taken accordingly.

Any request for the return of the bicycle/product shall be at the sole discretion of Soche Bikes. In case of a return being approved by Soche Bikes, all items must be returned in their original condition along with the following:

  • Original invoice from Soche Bikes

  • User manual and other documents

  • Accessories provided at the time of sale of the bicycle

  • The original box, intact, along with the packaging as delivered.

  • We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

Soche Bikes shall assess the extent of damage to the bicycle/product and shall take best efforts to ensure the same is rectified to your satisfaction, either by replacing the damages part or reimbursing cost of service to you. If such damage cannot be rectified, Soche Bikes shall process the return of the product and replace the bicycle/product (or) refund the money paid by you.

Soche Bikes shall have the right to reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the above mentioned.

Any other damages that may have occurred to the bicycle shall be your responsibility. The same shall also not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to defects, malfunctions or failures that result from the abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, or misuse of the bicycle/product. However, Soche Bikes will advise you regarding rectification of the said issue.

2. CANCELLATION & REFUND CHARGES

  • Free cancellation* (Till the time bike has not been shipped)

  • Cancellation post-delivery of the bike at customer place is not acceptable.

  • In case the product already shipped, return shipping charges should be deducted from the refund amount mentioned as below

    • INR 999/- inclusive of GST in case of Tamil Nadu, Kerala Metro & selected cities#

    • INR 1999/- inclusive of GST for PAN India Location, Metro & Selected cities#

  • REFUND: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or replacing with new product . Please allow at least 2-3 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

  • Refund is processed through respective banks thus will be credited to customer’s account as per Bank’s standard processing time. However, we will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange is applicable according to stock availability of the product with company.

  • In case desired product is not available in stock:

    • Customer can choose alternate model, pay the shipping cost as mentioned above in cancellation policy + differential cost of the product.

    • In case of not availability of product, money shall be refunded post deducting the shipping charges as mentioned above.

SHIPMENT, RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR ONLY ACCESSORIES ONLINE ORDER:

Firefox Bikes & it’s authorized retail partners will be delivering the customer orders based on serviceability in certain areas which are serviceable by logistic partners in India only.

Customer will be charged shipment charges as per rates mentioned in below table

* J&K, Sikkim and North East India delivery charges would be INR 1000/- above INR 3000/- cart value due to additional shipping charged by logistic partners.

OPQ Bikes reserves the rights to cancel or refund any order if it’s received from areas which are unserviceable due to any reason beyond its control i.e. (not limited to) Natural disaster, Riots, acts of god, change in serviceability provided by logistics partners, without any prior notice.

Standard shipping time for accessories is 7-10 days.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND CHARGES OF ACCESSORIES:

Return pick up will be arranging for products which are delivered with manufacturing defects or wrong product.

  • Customer is required to reach out to Firefox bikes help desk via email to www.soche.bikes@gmail.com">www.soche.bikes@gmail.com with photos of defective/wrong delivered product to initiate reverse pick up.

  • Customer needs to pack the product with all tags and in box contents in original packaging for reverse pick up.

  • A replacement order will be generated for approved returns and customer will be notified about it.

CANCELLATION:

  • Free cancellation* (Till the time accessories has not been shipped)

  • Cancellation post-delivery of the accessories at customer place is not acceptable.

  • In case the product already shipped, return shipping charges should be deducted from the refund amount mentioned as below

 

Refund is processed through respective banks thus will be credited to customer’s account as per Bank’s standard processing time.

The Bikes will be delivered to the customer in 95% assembled condition*. The customer needs to do following:

1. Install the pedal.

2. Correct the handle bar position and tighten it.

3. The customer needs to install any accessories (if ordered).

(The above mentioned steps can be done with the help of tools provided in the small part box, in which pedal, warranty card and instruction manual is kept).

4. In case of kids bike, the customer needs to install the training wheel also.

(Please note that we do not provide tools in case of kids (14"-20") bike).
